1. 1. Open the TT Lock Mobile App and click on ‘Forgot Password.’
2. 2. Enter your Mobile Number and then, input a new Password. Ensure that the password contains 6-20 characters.
3. 3. Confirm the Password, and then click on Get Code.
4. 4. You will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP, and click on Reset Password.
5. 5. The App screen will indicate that the Password has been Reset Successfully.
6. 6. Use your new Password to login.

Jainson Smart Locks are equipped with an Anti-Theft Passcode feature to prevent the leakage of the passcode. In practice, users can add some random digits before or after a registered passcode when you are concerned about your passcode being exposed in some situations.

If you lose an RFID Card, simply invalidate the lost Card/ Key by deleting the registered Card. The lost RFID Card will be automatically disabled and cannot be used again.

When you hear a Low-Battery Warning – there is a voice over, which says Low Battery, it means the Smart Lock is running low on power. The Mobile App also gives a notification in case of Low Battery. Replace all batteries when you hear/see such an alert.
