PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM: In case the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, we will replace the order for you. Please follow the following instructions:
All shipping costs of returning the products to Jainson are to be borne by the customer.
Safe receipt of returned products by Jainson is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Jainson shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Jainson will offer to make any necessary modifications/alterations at the cost of the customer.
A refund is made to the same source by which the payment was done. We may also transfer the amount to your bank account.
Partial Refunds:
In the case of a multi-product order, if for any reason Jainson is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer will be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Jainson shall agree to either provide store credit (to be used for future purchases on Jainson), or refund the amount for that particular product/s. The decision to provide a refund lies at the discretion of Jainson.
Cancellation:
The customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped.
Credit Issues:
The credits issued against the customer’s credit card account normally take up to three (3) business days to be processed. In addition, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of acceptance to credit the amount in the customer’s account. The cancellation of item(s) takes up to 1-2 business days. The refunds take 15-20 business days to get back to the source for different banks.
Non-receipt or No reply from the customer requested to fulfill the physical address or contact address requirement for more than 25 days would be treated/considered as a cancellation of the order and the amount paid by the customer will be forfeited. Fresh / New order has to be placed instead of canceled order. No refund will be made for the canceled order.
The details of the products and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Jainson are only approximate values and can vary slightly from product to product. There may be slight variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against what is shown on the website. This is due to the nature of, weather and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and capabilities of computer monitors.
